KOLORE is a matcha club created as an alternative to the typical pastel “matcha coffee shop.” The project focused on reimagining Japanese ceremonial matcha through the aesthetics of Tokyo and Berlin street culture, positioning matcha as a functional fuel for focus, style, and creativity. We developed a bold visual identity with a distinctive logo, expressive typography, and an underground editorial aesthetic that reflects the energy of a modern city club while keeping matcha at the center of the brand.
